Neuer Partner bei Morgan Lewis

(Frankfurt, den 01.07.2011) Rechtsanwalt und Notar Ingo Winterstein wird mit Wirkung zum 1. Juli 2011 Equity-Partner der Sozietät Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Frankfurt am Main. Der Wirtschaftsjurist - seit 1989 insbesondere im Bereich Immobilientransaktionen tätig - wird im Frankfurter Büro den Bereich Immobilienwirtschaftsrecht übernehmen. Zuvor war er als Partner bei einer anderen internationalen Rechtsanwaltssozietät in Frankfurt tätig.

New Partner at Morgan Lewis
(Frankfurt, 01.07.2011) Effective July 1, 2011 Ingo Winterstein, attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) and notary, will join Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Frankfurt am Main as Partner. Mr. Winterstein has practiced law since 1989, in particular in the real estate transactions sector, and will be in charge of the real estate practice in the Frankfurt office. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis he worked for another international law firm in Frankfurt.

Mr. Winterstein focuses his practice on real estate transactions, including portfolio, sale, and leaseback transactions, international joint ventures, project development, closed and open ended funds structures, real estate financing, innovative risk transfer structures, REITs, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and similar transactions, restructuring, and insolvency law with respect to real estate aspects. Mr. Winterstein’s real estate transactions practice will enhance a successful core corporate practice in Frankfurt, which already includes tax, antitrust, labor, and financing capabilities.
